Governance

In accordance to its Constitution, JCCAN is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of a President, Chairperson, Deputy Chair person, General Secretary, Deputy Secretary and two otherTrustees. Meetings are held by a minimum Quorum of four members as, Quarterly Meetings, Extraordinary Meetings as required and an Annual General Meeting every April. Activities, Minutes, Resolutions and Financial Affairs are recorded, filed and published in Annual Reports.
